Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using FilmLook.

Agreement

By downloading or using FilmLook, you agree to these terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement that applies to apps from the App Store.

Using FilmLook

You may use FilmLook for lawful personal or commercial photo editing. You are responsible for having the right to edit and save every photo you select.

Three month free access

FilmLook offers access to all features for three calendar months from the verified date of the first App Store download. No purchase is needed to begin this period. No subscription starts during this period, and there is no automatic charge when it ends. Reinstalling the app does not restart it.

Subscriptions and lifetime access

After the free period, you may choose a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a lifetime purchase. Apple confirms the price before purchase. Prices and taxes may vary by country or region.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. Apple charges the Apple Account used for purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings.

A lifetime purchase is a single payment that grants access for the supported life of FilmLook. It is not a recurring subscription.

Cancellation and refunds

Deleting FilmLook does not cancel a subscription. Apple manages cancellations and refund requests under its policies.

Your original photo

FilmLook creates a new saved image and does not intentionally replace your original photo. Keep your own backup of important photos.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, or remove features when needed for safety, reliability, law, or product quality. We aim to keep the app available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

Responsibility

FilmLook is provided as available to the extent allowed by law. We are not responsible for indirect loss caused by unavailable service, device failure, or loss of a photo outside our reasonable control. Local consumer rights still apply.
